setting to update hourly

When i set it to run it runs for about 3 seconds and then stops- nothing collected. I have left it and come back after hours, and still nothing. Ive tried setting up a new form and starting it up immediately to do hourly archiving and still nothing.

Its working when I use ‘Run Now’ with a 5000 max , it picks up 5000 over a period of two days.
