Hi,
Firstly, thank you again for some seriously hard work.
I am looking at tweets containing #SurviveTheHeat in my Tags 6.1 – All is working well expect I am not seeing some retweets.
Perform a twitter search on xmas #survivetheheat and you will see that there are three key tweets all with some retweets but I am not seeing this in the Tags archive although I was originally searching for #surviveTheHeat (note the case).
The settings on the front are default , 0 , 18000, Tweets and there are a little over 200 tweets. Is there anything I should be considering and is the search case sensitive?
Thanks again for this awesome tool
Hi,
Searches aren’t case sensitive so I don’t think that should be an issue. One limitation of the Twitter Search API which is used by TAGS is it can only access data from the last ~7days (this differs to the web result). Unfortunately there is no workaround for this. TAGS can be setup to run every hour which allows continuous collection
