cannot launch Tags

I have Google Docs and Twitter. I follow the steps and enter the same death loop: “Oops. It appears you have not set up your Twitter” (which I just did, again and again.)

When you setup the Twitter access you successfully went to Twitter and authorized access?

Also are you logged in to multiple google accounts at the same time – this can be an issue

Yes, I have multiple Google accounts. When I logged out of all but my main one, I was able to get TAGS to work, thanks.

Glad you are up and running. If you prefer to do this from a particular account if you run the setup in an incognito window it should work. You should only need to do the initial setup once in incognito mode. Once setup multiple accounts is not an issue 🙂
