Account locking from Twitter

Hi, found the solution to this issue, just sharing in case useful 🙂

I created a new Twitter account for use with TAGS, and connected it to a new sheet. I closed down the sheet and when I reentered, Twitter detected the use of 3rd party automation and locked my Twitter account. I had to go back into Twitter via the prompt, and then unlock by an SMS message. Nothing major, but the message they provide seems as though I was breaking Twitter’s rules by using TAGS. I wasn’t able to fetch the initial screen and now that I unlocked it, Twitter seems to accept I’m the person using TAGS. I’ve attached the unlock screen if it helps.

Hi – thanks for leaving a note about this. My reading is TAGS doesn’t break Twitter’s rules but imagine Twitter quarantine new accounts to prevent spammers requiring hence the extra authentication.
